The pivot: from Web3-first to student-first

As the market clarified, we pivoted the product direction away from a Web3-led interface towards a more direct, student-first experience.

What this involved:

Reframing the product narrative and value proposition
Reprioritising the roadmap around learner outcomes and partner adoption
Simplifying flows and removing novelty tech friction where it didn't help users

Result:

A product that felt clearer, more usable, and easier for education partners to adopt

AI Copilot: idea → prototype → launch in six weeks

As AI tooling became more accessible, we launched the AI Copilot, taking it from concept to prototype to production release in six weeks.

What made that speed possible:
